Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Aurex is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Aurex is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information. Aurex will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Aurex within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Aurex is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
